Fully Managed Hosted Service from Montala
The Fully Managed Hosted Service is a SaaS (Software as a Service) hosting model for ResourceSpace. This includes all hosting, support and backups for your ResourceSpace installation taking care of everything technical leaving you free to simply use the application.

- Hosted on a dedicated Ubuntu Linux server (one server per customer) located at Telecity, Europe's largest datacentre based in London's Docklands with unparalleled worldwide connectivity.
- Nightly remote off-site backup of all application and resource data.
- Automatic remote monitoring and recovery.
- Technical support* for the ResourceSpace application itself.
- ResourceSpace software upgrades as they become available.
- Setup fee includes assistance with configuring the software for your needs

* Support is second line technical support and is e-mail based. Support includes bug fixes, product upgrades and assistance with configuration to a maximum of 15 hours per year. Further support time can be purchased at a cost of £60/hour (approx. €66 EUR, $98 USD).
